Bev Cuckow has been a realtor for thirty years. Most recently he worked with Re/Max Mountain View, one of the top real estate offices in Calgary. For the past 6 years he was that company’s top producing salesperson by a very wide margin. His broad field of experience has included both residential and commercial real estate sales. He has been a key figure in land assemblies, financing and development projects, condominium conversion and resale projects, as well as investment analysis and consulting.
Bev has always made time to support the local real estate board by serving on various volunteer committees. He has served on the board’s SALESPERSONS COUNCIL, the BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, as well as serving on his brokerage’s FRANCHISE ADVERTISING COMMITTEE.
During his career he has been an MLS Million Dollar Club member with an award of merit for 17 years. Bev has been awarded the Hall of Fame and the Lifetime Achievement Awards and is recognized as one of Calgary’s elite Realtor’s.
Bev suggests that his greatest achievement is being married to the same woman, Tanya, for over forty years! He has a firm belief in family, with 10 children (7 boys and 3 girls) and 16 grandchildren. Bev is actively involved in working with his church group and is a former director for the Alberta Mentor Foundation for Youth. He volunteers regularly with the Food Bank and recently helped organize the Calgary Chinese New Year’s Eve Party. His on-going charitable work includes helping with the homeless and other organizations that deal with a variety of social issues. His personal interests include swimming, scuba diving and skydiving.
